Getting started at CrossFit Commence is easier than you think.
If you are NEW to Crossfit:
All athletes that are new to Crossfit are required to complete our 3-day Foundations course prior to joining the group class environment. We require this to give you the best on-boarding experience possible. It is also helpful in building your comfort level before you are training in the group class atmosphere. You are investing in us and we take that seriously, so we invest everything right back into you from the beginning. Our goal is to change your life and the way you think about and execute your fitness regimine. This is no easy task. By providing a solid platform from the start, we are confident you will be able to approach every workout with the required knowledge to move through it without fear or intimidation, with the proper form and at the appropriate intensity. This ensures longevity and healthy choices throughout your journey to becoming the BEST YOU. If you have previous Crossfit experience and are able to successfully complete our pre-requisites for safety and movements:
3-Day Trial
- 3 Classes
- Crossfit or Yoga
- Applied towards first month membership
Student/Kids Unlimited Crossfit
- *Proper ID required
- All Unlimited memberships include Hot Yoga classes
Unlimited Crossfit
- Family of 2- $150 per month
- Family of 3- $185 per month
Military, LEO & First Responder, ADAPTIVE Unlimited Crossfit
- *Proper ID required
- Couples: $125/month unlimited
- All Unlimited memberships include Hot Yoga classes
Yoga Only
- Unlimited visits
- Classes are around 60 minutes
- Please bring your own yoga mat
- Punch-cards available

Dropping in from out of town?
We love visitors! Please stop by for a workout. Our drop-in rate is $15 per day / $45 for the week. Simply click the link below, select the appropriate Drop in duration, and we’ll see you at the gym!
