At CrossFit Commence, we move. We pick things up, we carry stuff, we push, we pull, we jump, we run, row and pedal.

We Do Work. And we scale it for anyone – beginner to advanced.

 

CONSTANTLY VARIED

Always changing, but not random. Different movements every session, and the workouts will vary between short, medium and longer time domains.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

These are movements that promote neurological and hormonal responses, leading to better health, actual strength, core stability, agility, and flexibility.

HIGH INTENSITY

Our goal is to help people run farther, move more wight, do more push-ups, flip a tire faster; all while maintaining proper form and technique.

Community

The community aspect of Crossfit is our greatest strength. We suffer, we sweat, we expose our weaknesses and we get stronger…TOGETHER.

Class Times

We offer up to 7 Crossfit classes per day Monday through Friday as well as class/open gym hours on Saturday!

Monday – Thursday: 5:15am, 6:15, 8:15, NOON, 4:30, 5:30 & 6:30pm

Friday: 5:15am, 6:15, 8:15, NOON, 4:30, 5:30pm

Saturday: Class at 9am. Also open gym from 9-11am (Bring a friend free on Saturdays!)
