No matter your fitness level, we will help you improve.
Always changing, but not random. Different movements every session, and the workouts will vary between short, medium and longer time domains.
These are movements that promote neurological and hormonal responses, leading to better health, actual strength, core stability, agility, and flexibility.
Our goal is to help people run farther, move more weight, do more push-ups, flip a tire faster; all while maintaining proper form and technique.
The community aspect of Crossfit is our greatest strength. We suffer, we sweat, we expose our weaknesses and we get stronger…TOGETHER.

Our CF community is super supportive and encouraging – and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We offer up to 7 Crossfit classes per day Monday through Saturday and Open Gym throughout the week including Sunday!
Monday – Thursday: 5:15am, 6:15, 8:15, NOON, 4:30, 5:30 & 6:30pm
Friday: 5:15am, 6:15, 8:15, NOON, 4:30, 5:30pm
Saturday: Class at 9am. Also, open gym from 9-12pm (Bring a friend on Saturdays!)
Sunday: Open gym from 2pm – 4pm
Competitors Training/Open Gym: Monday-Wednesday & Friday from 2pm-4pm
