Community
The community aspect of a Crossfit gym is it’s greatest strength. We suffer, we sweat, we expose our weaknesses and we get stronger…TOGETHER. Our community was born here, forged through hard work and a commitment to excellence… and it lives here every day.
We get results…
I never thought Crossfit was for me but it’s been great. It’s really helped me in so many ways and my mobility has really improved. I’m able to continue to do all the things I love and because of my physical health my garden has never looked better.
I love Crossfit. I get to pick up heavy things, put them over my head and drop them on the floor… It’s great!

Class Times
We offer up to 8 Crossfit classes per day and we’re open 7 days a week.
Monday – Friday: 5:10, 6:15, 8:15, 10:45, NOON, 4:30, and 5:45pm
Monday- Wednesday- Friday: Open Gym 1:30-4:30
Saturday: Crossfit class at 9am and 10:30 a.m. OLY-lifting class 12:00 Also, open gym from 10-12pm
Sunday: Open gym 2-4 Yoga 5:00 pm
All classes are by reservation only.
