We offer up to 5 Crossfit classes per day Monday through Saturday!
Monday – Friday: 6:15, 8:15, NOON, 4:30, & 6:30pm
Saturday: Class at 9am. Also, open gym from 10-12pm (Bring a friend on Saturdays!)
All classes are by reservation only.
